The Webbing the Islands website has been beautifully redesigned by Helen Bordeaux and features the Webbing the Islands Units of Learning developed by the Tasmanian Department of Education's Centre for Extended Learning Opportunities.
The Units of Learning provide educational activities that explore island lives, cultures and environments across 9 themes.
The site was relaunched on Friday 24th March by the Tasmanian Minister for Education, the Honorable David Bartlett MHA.

Webbing the Islands looks like a fantastic project! One of my favourite books is David Quammen's The Song of the Dodo and it links in perfectly to the "fauna" section of this.
