Kids Ezine

The Kids Ezine was a partnership between the Tasmanian Department of Education, arts@work and Hydro Tasmania for the Tasmanian Living Writers' Week's Writers In Schools program. Working out of the Department's Mt Nelson Offices Magaer Lennox and myself co-edited this collection of poetry, short stories and song lyrics from remote, regional and home-schooled students across Tasmania, including King Island.

Due to the demand for the Ezine to be available as a pdf the outcome is more print orientated than the name Ezine would suggest, but the writing is of a high standard, particularly the song lyrics written by King Island students under the guidance of writer-in-residence, Debra Manskey.

Smell of Peppermint

I finally printed up Smell of Peppermint, a small zine of excerpts from my March/April journal. I made the master copy of this half DL sized zine while running the Launceston Being Zine Workshops with Ingrid Reynolds for the Tasmanian Writers Centre in April/May this year.
